After ‘Thanthonni’, Anwar and ‘Pokkiri Raja’, Prithviraj will join the sets of ‘Manikya Kallu’, the new movie by M Mohanan (‘Katha Parayumpol’ fame). The young star will appear as Vinayachandran, a government school teacher who is transferred to a silent village. Telling the intense story of a teacher-student relationship, the movie will also feature Innocent, Salim Kumar, Mukesh, Jagathy, Kottayam Nazeer, Jagadeesh and K P A C Lalitha.
The film casts Jayasuryia in a very different role. Mythili, the girl who debuted in the Mammootty-Renjith movie ‘Palery Manickyam- Oru Pathirkolapathakathinte Katha’ has bagged the female lead in the movie. The film is being produced by V.K Siyad under the banner of Veekay Cinemas,the cinematographer is Manoj Pillai and music Mohan Sithara. The movie is planned to be shot at Punaloor, Chennai, Thenkasi and Madurai.the other casts in the movie are Saikumar, Shammi Thilakan, Suraj, Salimkumar, Maniyanpilla Raju, Sudheesh, Bijukuttan.
